ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT

On June 23 Explortex Energy Inc. entered into an option agreement on three (3) wells known as the Bridge’s Lease, in Palo Pinto county, TX.

Under the terms of the option agreement, Explortex has the right to a 75% working interest on three wells, each costing $550,000 to drill.

No transactions occurred in the last two years other than the aforementioned to which the Company was a party in which any director or officer had or is to have a direct or indirect material interest.
