	2.1	Exhibit A – Greenwood-Waskom Mooringsport Unit, Caddo Parish, Louisiana, Original Amoco Production Company Lease assignment, 4,725.61 acres. This is the original assignment agreement that was transferred to Ameroil Corp and Blackriver LLC which sold the lease to Explortex Energy, Inc.
