Resignation of Ms. Sheng (Dorothy) Liu

Ms. Sheng (Dorothy) Liu, the Chief Operating Officer of Green Giant Inc., (the “Company”), resigned from her position effective on April 19, 2024. Ms. Liu’s resignation is not as a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
