Item 8.01. Other Events.

On April 10, 2024, Western Uranium & Vanadium Corp. (“Western” or the “Company”) issued the accompanying news release announcing company updates, including that Western has entered into an Ore Purchase Agreement with Energy Fuels Inc. and has repriced certain outstanding warrants to buy common shares of the Company. The news release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
