On September 4, 2025, Michael Smith submitted a notice of his intent to resign from his position as the President and Chief Investment Officer of Muzinich Corporate Lending Income Fund, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of September 30, 2025. Mr. Smith did not express any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
