On February 13, 2026, the board of directors (“Board”) of Wellchange Holdings Company Limited (the “Company”) approved the removal of Ms. Fang Li Chieh (“Ms. Fang”) as a director of the Company, effective as of February 13, 2026. In connection with her removal, Ms. Fang’s director offer letter terminated effective as of such date.

Ms. Fang’s removal was not the result of any disagreement between Ms. Fang and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
