The exchange ratio was calculated as the ratio of the NBB net asset value per common share over the NBD net asset value per common share, each calculated as of the close of business on November 16, the business day immediately preceding the closing of the reorganization. As of such time, the net asset value per common share of NBB was $20.7201 and the net asset value per common share of NBD was $22.2374. On November 16, 2018, the closing trading price of NBB common shares was $18.94 and the closing trading price of NBD common shares was $20.35.
