("Equitable"), merged ("Merger") with and into EQT Investments, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Equitable ("EQTI"). Pursuant to the terms of the merger, the 13,006,152 shares of Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Westport Resources Corporation owned by ERII were transferred by operation of law to EQTI.
