Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 24, 2025, Dave Buell, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Kite Realty Group Trust (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign from the Company, effective November 21, 2025. Mr. Buell has not expressed any disagreements with the Company with respect to any matter, including, but not limited, to any accounting-related policy or matter.
