Petrobras informs about 4Q25 results

Rio de Janeiro, February 4, 2026 –Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that it will release its 4Q25 Production and Sales Report on February 10, 2026, and its 4Q25 Financial Results on March 5, 2026,

both after the markets close.

On March 6, 2026, at a time to be disclosed to the market in due course, a webcast will be held to present the company’s results for the fourth quarter of 2025. The event will be conducted in Portuguese, with simultaneous translation into English.
