On August 7, 2025, PDF Solutions (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results and certain other information related to the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Company also posted on the Investors section of its website (www.pdf.com) a management report with regard to the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. Copies of the press release and management report are attached to this report as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
