STELLAR BANCORP, INC. ANNOUNCES INCREASE IN QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

HOUSTON, November 20, 2025 - (BUSINESS WIRE) – Stellar Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: STEL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock payable on December 31, 2025, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2025. This is an increase of $0.01 per share from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.14 per common share.
