Item 8.01. Other Events.

On April 14, 2025, Healthcare AI Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) had deposited the monthly extension fee of $13,173.17 (“Extension Fee”) into the Company’s trust account, extending the time to complete a business combination until May 14, 2025.
