Related Party Transactions	Note 6 - Related Party Transactions See Note 7 – Common Stock – 2025 Equity Capital Raises and – 2024 Equity Capital Raises for common stock issued to related parties and Note 8 – Stock-Based Compensation for stock options, warrants and RSUs issued to related parties. The Company has agreements with related parties for the purchase of products and consultancy services, the related amounts of which are accrued under accrued liabilities and management and directors’ fees payable (see consolidated balance sheets).
