On August 7, 2025, Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. (“Thermon,” "the Company,""we,""us" or "our") issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
