Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors, Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 26, 2020, Sports Field Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed that, effective March 26, 2020, Jeromy Olson resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, and Secretary of the Company. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
