Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors, Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 25, 2020, Sports Field Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed that, effective March 26, 2020, John Tuntland resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. The resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
