Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 22, 2025, IDT Corporation (the “Registrant”) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share. The dividend is payable on October 10, 2025 to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2025.
