Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 29, 2025, TON Strategy Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the staking of 82% of the Company’s Toncoin (“$TON”) reserves and further describing the Company’s staking and repurchasing strategy. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

As announced in its press release, the Company has staked 82% of its $TON reserves.
