On February 19, 2026, NextTrip, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its global travel network JOURNY has committed production on a new eight- episode wedding series hosted by The Bachelor star Ben Higgins, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference.
