Director Appointment

On November 24, 2015, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Aspect Software Group Holdings Ltd. appointed Mr. Charles H. Cremens. as a member of the Board. Mr. Cremens will receive $50,000 quarterly for his service as a director.
