ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 10, 2025, Monroe Capital Corporation issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, announcing the declaration of a third quarter distribution of $0.25 per share. The distribution is payable on September 30, 2025 to stockholders of record as of September 22, 2025.
