- [F1]Disposed of pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement"), dated as of December 7, 2015, by and between Wilshire Bancorp, Inc.(the "Issuer"), and BBCN Bancorp, Inc.("BBCN"). Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, as of July 29, 2016, (a) each outstanding share of common stock of the Issuer was converted into the right to receive 0.7034 shares of common stock of BBCN, (b) outstanding stock options of the Issuer were assumed by BBCN, and (c) restricted share awards were converted into the number of restricted shares of BBCN common stock equal to the number of the Issuer's restricted share comprising the award multiplied by 0.7034. Also as of July 29, 2016, BBCN changed its name to Hope Bancorp, Inc.
