On November 24, 2025, Apollo Global Management, Inc. (“Apollo”), the parent company of Athene Holding Ltd. (the “Company” or “Athene”) issued a Retirement Services Business Update presentation for the investment community in connection with its previously announced call, which Apollo and Athene senior management teams will host to provide information and business insights related to the Company. The Company has made the presentation available on its website at ir.athene.com.
