Explanatory Note

This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K, dated October 3, 2025 and filed on October 7, 2025 (the “Form 8-K”), with respect to Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2025-C65. The purpose of this amendment is to make clerical and other minor revisions to the previously filed Exhibits 4.1, 99.5 and 99.6. Accordingly, Exhibits 4.1, 99.5 and 99.6 to the Form 8-K are hereby replaced in their entirety by the corrected versions of the agreements attached hereto as Exhibits 4.1, 99.5 and 99.6. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K other than the changes described above.
