Section 6. Asset-Backed Securities

Item 6.04. Failure to Make a Required Distribution.

On November 17, 2025, the Depositor was notified by the Certificate Administrator that the servicer remittance report relating to the October 20, 2025 distribution was updated to reflect additional proceeds received in connection with a mortgage loan prepayment, together with associated prepayment premiums. Such amounts were recently identified by the Servicer as relating to the October 20, 2025 distribution and were distributed to Certificateholders on November 17, 2025, resulting in additional payments to the following classes: Class A-2 (principal in the amount of $2,639,738.20) and Class X-A (prepayment premiums in the amount of $60,724.24).
