On May 15, 2023, 9 Meters Biopharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a business update and announcing financial results for the first quarter 2023. A copy of such release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
