Income Taxes	Income Taxes The Company intends to continue to qualify as a REIT. A REIT is generally not subject to U.S. federal corporate income tax on that portion of its income that is distributed to stockholders if it distributes at least 90% of its REIT taxable income to its stockholders by prescribed dates and complies with various other requirements. The Company’s consolidated financial statements include the operations of certain TRSs, which are subject to U.S. federal, state and local income taxes on their taxable income. As a result, the Company recorded nominal amounts of income tax for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 and 2024.
