On November 4, 2025, Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, which ended on September 28, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
