Accounting Standards Update and Change in Accounting Principle [Text Block]	2. RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS In December 2023, the Financial Accounting Standards Board issued Accounting Standards Update ("ASU") 2023-09, “Improvements to Income Tax Disclosures” ("ASU 2023-09"), which requires enhanced disclosures related to income taxes. The amendments in this ASU require a public entity to disclose specified additional information in its income tax rate reconciliation and to provide additional information for reconciling items that meet a quantitative threshold. The amendments in this ASU will also require the Company to disaggregate its taxes paid disclosure by federal, state and foreign taxes, with further disaggregation required for significant individual jurisdictions. The Company will provide the required disclosures of ASU 2023-09 in its fiscal 2026 annual report.
