Concentration in the serum does not equal concentration in the tissues, and achieving a higher serum concentration and steady-state sooner through a loading dose can potentially improve response. 2. Nimacimab can be dosed significantly higher and drive additional weight loss as both a monotherapy and in combination with semaglutide. 3. Compliance and retention are priorities for the success of the next study. We intend to include weekly on-site visits for dosing and implement highly competitive retention programs.
