Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 18, 2026, Sabre Corporation (“Sabre”) issued a press release and will hold a conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
