Summary of Significant Accounting Policies	Summary of Significant Accounting Policies These interim condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC instructions for interim financial information, and should be read in conjunction with the Company's Annual Report. Significant accounting policies and other disclosures normally provided have been omitted since such items are disclosed in the Company's Annual Report. The Company uses the same accounting policies in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements. There have been no significant changes from the significant accounting policies and estimates disclosed in the Notes titled “1. The Company and Basis of Presentation” and "2. Summary of Significant Accounting Policies” of the Company's Annual Report. Recently Adopted Accounting Pronouncements There have been no recent accounting pronouncements or changes in accounting pronouncements adopted during the six months ended June 30, 2025 that are of significance or potential significance to the Company. Not Yet Adopted Accounting Pronouncements In December 2023, the FASB issued Accounting Standards Update 2023-09 ("ASU 2023-09"), Income Taxes (Topic 740): Improvements to Income Tax Disclosures. ASU 2023-09 expands disclosures in an entity’s income tax rate reconciliation table and disclosures regarding taxes paid both in the U.S. and foreign jurisdictions. This update is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2024. ASU 2023-09 will have no impact on the Company’s consolidated financial condition or results of operations. The Company is currently evaluating the impact to its income tax disclosures. In November 2024, the FASB issued Accounting Standards Update 2024-03 ("ASU 2024-03") Income Statement - Reporting Comprehensive Income - Expense Disaggregation Disclosures (Subtopic 220-40): Disaggregation of Income Statement Expenses to require more detailed information about specified categories of expenses (purchases of inventory, employee compensation, depreciation, amortization, and depletion) included in certain expense captions presented on the face of the income statement. ASU 2024-03 is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2026, and for interim periods within fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2027. Early adoption is permitted. The amendments may be applied either (1) prospectively to financial statements issued for reporting periods after the effective date of this ASU 2024-03 or (2) retrospectively to all prior periods presented in the financial statements. The Company is currently evaluating the impact ASU 2024-03 will have on its disclosures.
