Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On June 12, 2025, OneMeta, Inc., (the “Company”) entered into an Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Proquire LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Proquire”). Proquire is a United States subsidiary of Accenture plc, a public limited company organized under the laws of Ireland (“Accenture”). Proquire is an affiliate of Accenture, a company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, whose shares are traded on The New York Stock Exchange. Accenture is a leading global professional services company with over 800,000 people serving more than 9,000 clients in more than 120 countries. Accenture has offices and operations in 52 countries and more than 200 cities. Pursuant to the Agreement, Proquire will provide the Company’s products and services to Proquire’s affiliates and customers.
