OTHER EVENTS

On June 20, 2025, the Company was notified by the OTC Markets Group, Inc., that its common stock had been approved for upgraded quotation on the OTCQB. Quotation on the OTCQB under the ticker symbol “GBCS” will begin with the market open on Monday, June 23, 2025.
