Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 25, 2025, BOXABL Inc. (the “Company”) announced that on May 23, 2025, it purchased 10 Bitcoin. The Bitcoin’s were purchased at an average price of approximately $107,800 per Bitcoin. As previously disclosed in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K, filed on May 22, 2025, the Company adopted a Bitcoin treasury reserve strategy, allowing for a percentage of its assets to acquire Bitcoin. Please see the Company’s press release attached as an exhibit hereto.
