On May 15, 2025, WidePoint Corporation (the “Company”) conducted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. In addition, on May 15, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, which press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
