CONVERTIBLE NOTES AND NOTES PAYABLE
CONVERTIBLE NOTES AND NOTES PAYABLE	NOTE 4 – CONVERTIBLE NOTES AND NOTES PAYABLE During the three months ended March 31, 2024, $30,747 of notes was converted into 5,641,655 shares of common stock. During the three months ended March 31, 2023, $35,303 of related party notes and $964,697 of related accrued interest were converted into 500 shares of Series D Preferred Stock. There were no new notes payable issued during the three months ended March 31, 2024. All notes payable and convertible notes payable were in past due and in default as of March 31, 2024. NOTE 4 – CONVERTIBLE NOTES AND NOTES PAYABLE

During the three months ended March 31, 2024, $30,747 of notes was converted into 5,641,655 shares of common stock.
