Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 28, 2026, Inuvo, Inc. (“Inuvo” or the “Company”) held a shareholder update teleconference at 5:15 p.m. eastern time (the “Shareholder Update Call”), in which Robert C. Buchner, who is the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2026, outlined his strategic priorities and vision for Inuvo’s next phase of growth. A copy of the call script (“Shareholder Update Call Script”) is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
