Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 30, 2025, DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release and detailed presentation announcing its financial position as of September 30, 2025 and its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
