Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company (the “Company”) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of stockholders on May 8, 2025. Reference is made to the Company’s 2025 definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 28, 2025 for more information regarding the proposals set forth below and the vote required for approval of these matters.
