On February 21, 2025, VisionWave Holdings Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bannix Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) made available in the investor relations/presentations section of its website (www.bannixacquisition.com) a presentation which includes an overview of the Company and VisionWave Holdings Inc. The Company expects to use the presentation in connection with future investor presentations. The presentation may be amended or updated at any time and from time to time through another Current Report on Form 8-K, a later company filing or other means.
