Item 5.02. Departure of Trustees or Certain Officers; Election of Trustees; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 8, 2023, Guggenheim Credit Income Fund (the “Company”) announced that Eric Rosenblatt tendered his resignation as a trustee of the Company to pursue other opportunities.

Mr. Rosenblatt served as an independent trustee, a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee, and as Chairman of the Independent Trustees Committee.

Mr. Rosenblatt’s decision to resign is not the result of any disagreement with the Company, its advisor or their affiliates regarding their operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
