Item 8.01 – Other Events.

Management’s unaudited estimate of the range of the net asset value per share of Sound Point Meridian Capital, Inc.’s (the “Company”) common stock as of September 30, 2025, was between $16.86 and $16.96.

In addition, for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, management’s unaudited estimate of the range of our net investment income was between $0.49 and $0.59 per share of our common stock and management’s unaudited estimate of the range of our realized gain (loss) was between $0.00 and ($0.10) per share of our common stock.
