On November 10, 2025, Aeries Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 on November 10, 2025.
