On August 14, 2025 in connection with the release of its financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2025, Golub Capital Direct Lending Corporation is providing an earnings presentation to its shareholders of record as of June 30, 2025. A copy of the earnings presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
