On February 24, 2026, Life Time Group Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
