Item 8.01 Other Events.

The 225 Bush Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 4.7% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of November 1, 2019, relating to the Benchmark 2019-B14 Mortgage Trust filed as Exhibit 4.2 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 20, 2019 (the “BMARK 2019-B14 PSA”). Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the BMARK 2019-B14 PSA, Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, a national banking association, was removed as special servicer of the 225 Bush Mortgage Loan and K-Star Asset Management LLC (“K-Star”), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the 225 Bush Mortgage Loan under the BMARK 2019-B14 PSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of June 17, 2025, the 225 Bush Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the BMARK 2019-B14 PSA, by K-Star. K-Star maintains a servicing office at 5949 Sherry Lane, Suite 950, Dallas, Texas 75225.
