On May 12, 2025 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by GS Mortgage Securities Trust 2015-GS1.

The 590 Madison Avenue mortgage loan constitutes a significant obligor within the meaning of Item 1101(k)(2) of Regulation AB and as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement for GS Mortgage Securities Trust 2015-GS1. In accordance with Item 1112(b) of Regulation AB, the net operating income of the significant obligor was $8,718,052.64 for the period from January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025.
