	2025. The property was inspected 12/4/2024 and found to be in good condition at that time. PNA signed. Borrower and SS previously exchanged proposals, but no draft terms were agreed to. Receiver appointed 8/15/2024. The SS is dual
	tracking foreclosure while remaining available to alternatives, including possibly a Receiver Sale in 2025.

	anchor vacated the 46,032 sf space in December 2016. The 60,000 sf flex space tenant vacated in November 2023.Occupancy in July 2025 was 23.6%. The property was inspected 5/27/25 and found to be in fair condition at that time. The
	Trust was the high bidder at the 3/11/2022 Sheriff's Sale. The Sheriff's Deed was recorded 4/14/22. The leasing team is focused on leasing the vacant space, including the anchor spaces. The strategy is to lease up and stabilize the
	property before disposition. The special servicer is pursuing the marketing of the asset for disposition in 2025.
